About Robert
Robert Seredynski is an associate at Will Davidson who focuses on representing severely injured clients, including those with traumatic brain injuries and complex fracture and neurologic cases. He has extensive experience with accident benefits claims, having appeared as counsel in numerous arbitrations against insurers, and he serves both English and Polish speaking clients across civil litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. Before law school, Robert worked with Ecojustice on landowner rights cases against energy companies, and he later gained international experience at a law firm in Geneva, Switzerland. He now teaches in the civil litigation program at Toronto Metropolitan University's Lincoln Alexander School of Law and appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the License Appeal Tribunal. Robert earned his JD from the University of Ottawa in 2015 after completing an honours degree in environmental management and earth sciences at the University of Toronto.
