About Gordon

Gordon Marsden is a partner at Will Davidson LLP, which he joined in 2013 after several years at a large Toronto firm. He earned a BA from the University of Toronto, an MA from Concordia University, and an LLB from Queen's University, and was called to the bar in 2003. Since then he has built a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, trying cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and contract disputes before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. Gordon also defends professional negligence claims brought against engineers, insurance brokers, financial advisors, home inspectors, police officers, and medical professionals, as well as product liability and property damage actions.
