About Muriel

Muriel Librati leads Teitelbaum Librati's family law and civil litigation practice. Born in Montreal in 1967, she holds a law degree from the University of Montreal along with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Concordia University, and is a member of the Quebec Bar Association. Her practice covers divorce, separation and marriage annulment, evaluation and partition of family patrimony, child custody and support, adoption, spousal support, representation of children before the courts, and recognition of paternity, as well as broader civil litigation matters. She favours mediation, negotiation and settlement conferences, turning to litigation when needed to protect a client's interests.
