Robert (Bob) M. Creamer, K.C. joined Lawson Creamer in 1989 after working in the banking sector and the oil and gas industry in Western Canada, and quickly built a busy litigation and business law practice. His civil litigation work includes bankruptcy and insolvency claims for companies, creditors and trustees, along with commercial litigation for businesses, banks and municipalities. He has served as President of the Law Society of New Brunswick and of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2014. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law from the University of New Brunswick and completed executive education in negotiation and mediation at Harvard Law School in 2017. He has taught in the New Brunswick Bar Admission program and lectured widely on insolvency, creditors' rights, insurance law and litigation fundamentals.
