About Robert

Robert Brankin has practiced law in Montreal since 1999 and is a graduate of the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law, class of 1998. He runs a solo practice near Ahuntsic-Cartierville focused on family law, including divorce, separation, custody, child and spousal support, and family mediation, as well as immigration sponsorship applications and appeals, wills, powers of attorney, mandates in case of incapacity, and record suspension (pardon) applications. He is also a licensed family mediator, helping clients resolve family disputes outside of court. Brankin offers services in French, English, Russian, and Bulgarian to accommodate clients across Montreal and the surrounding area.
