About Rick

Rick Heney practises business, corporate, commercial finance, government, and real estate law in Kamloops. Before law school he worked as a journeyman electrician, experience he draws on when serving construction industry clients, and he has worked on air space parcel developments and Search and Rescue leasing matters. As a senior solicitor at Fulton & Company, he maintains client relationships spanning more than 25 years, and serves on the Thompson Rivers University Board of Governors.
