About Aron

Aron Hochhauser co-leads Fulton & Company's Vancouver office, practising security enforcement and litigation in banking, finance, and insurance matters, primarily representing financial institutions and private lenders in mortgage enforcement and debt collection proceedings. He also handles timeshare strata dissolution cases and represents homeowner associations in partition and sale proceedings in BC Supreme Court. Before joining Fulton, he practised lender liability, foreclosure, and bankruptcy law at a Los Angeles firm, and is a member of the California State Bar. He is an instructor with the BC Financial Services Authority.
