About Richard

Richard Missaghie is the managing lawyer and founder of Missaghie Law, practicing commercial real estate law including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, co-ownership structures, and commercial leasing. He holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a master's degree in economics from McGill University, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Before founding Missaghie Law, he practiced at Torys LLP.
