About Missaghie Law

Missaghie Law is a small Toronto firm built around real estate and corporate work, with a secondary practice in personal injury and disability claim denials. It's run by founder Richard Missaghie, who describes the firm's purpose as bringing Bay Street style legal service to clients across the GTA who wouldn't normally have access to a large firm's standards, without the large firm price tag.

Missaghie holds a master's degree in economics from McGill University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Before founding the firm, Missaghie practiced at Torys LLP, working on corporate and real estate transactions for institutional investors, developers, and corporations.

The firm's real estate work covers both sides of the market: buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and builders, in both residential and commercial deals. On the corporate side it helps real estate businesses incorporate and structure joint ventures, and it also handles commercial leasing negotiations for landlords and tenants. The office is at 10 King Street East, Suite 600, in downtown Toronto.
