Richard Ledding is the founding lawyer and partner of Ledding & Company, practicing law in British Columbia since 1982, primarily in real estate and corporate and commercial transactions. He acts for a range of real estate investors, buyers, sellers, syndicators, and developers, and has extensive experience setting up and acting for mortgage investment corporations, borrowers, and private lenders. He has been invited to speak at real estate investment presentations, including Ozzie and Ralph's Real Estate Action Group.
