About Richard

Richard is a member of the M'Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island and has lived in Thunder Bay for more than 20 years. He graduated with a political science degree from Lakehead University and earned his law degree from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. He holds a BA and a JD.
