Richard's litigation practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark and copyright disputes. He frequently litigates complex pharmaceutical patent matters under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations and has expertise in proceedings before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Before joining Blakes, he practiced as an IP litigation associate at an international law firm.
