About Rhoda

Rhoda Dobler practices family law with a focus on mediation, arbitration, and litigation, and was called to the bar in 1993 after earning her B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Calgary. She is an instructor in the LESA mediation course and previously taught the Bar Admission course and Interviewing and Counselling at the University of Calgary's Faculty of Law. Rhoda is past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Public Legal Education and Professional Development Committee and serves as a director on the Board of Family Mediation Canada. She has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in Canada since 2006 in family law, family mediation, and alternative dispute resolution, and received the King's Counsel designation in 2016.
