About Rhiannon

Rhiannon Montgomery maintains a general practice with a focus on family and criminal law, combining traditional litigation with collaborative dispute resolution. She is formally trained in the Collaborative Divorce Process and works with family law clients toward workable co-parenting outcomes after separation. In her criminal defence practice she represents clients charged with offences and advocates for their Charter rights. Rhiannon holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and is President of the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan. She is also a member of Collaborative Professionals Canada and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
