About Renzo

Renzo Belluz was called to the bar as a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 1975 and was a partner at Gambin Associates until 1998, when he joined Bianchi Presta LLP. His practice focuses on real estate development and planning law, working on subdivision plans for residential and commercial developments in urban settings as well as condominium projects. He has also assisted land developers in the GTA, including financial institutions preparing the security instruments needed to finance development projects. A significant part of his work involves will preparation, estate planning, and advising both institutional and individual estate trustees on administration matters. He holds an LLB from the University of Western Ontario and a BA from the University of Toronto.
