His diverse client base includes private education providers, private liquor stores, hydroelectric power producers, development companies and significant British Columbia private companies, whom he advises on the full range of corporate and commercial matters including acquisitions, dispositions, agreements, reorganizations, business planning, construction contracts and project development agreements.
