About Ray

Ray Kuszelewski is a member of the bars of Ontario (1987), Nova Scotia (1996), Newfoundland and Labrador (2006) and Manitoba (2013). He has practised at various levels of court in each province, including jury trials and criminal appeal work, and in Manitoba his practice included criminal Big Case Management matters such as murders, aggravated assaults, sexual assaults, robberies and arsons. He returned to Nova Scotia to reconnect with the bar and the community, and dedicates his practice mainly to criminal law while continuing to draw on his broader experience in family, immigration, civil, and labour and employment law.
