Dr. Rauni Ahammer is a partner at A&O Shearman in Munich, specializing in leveraged finance. She advises on debt financing for acquisitions and other corporate purposes, representing private equity sponsors, direct lenders, corporate clients, and banks on transactions such as syndicated loans, unitranche financing, holdco debt financing, and Schuldschein deals.
