About Randy

Randy Witten's practice centres on general contract work, including commercial property leases, technology service and licensing agreements, and a variety of other business agreements. He also handles corporate matters such as incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, and governance, along with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Caravel, Randy spent much of his career as in-house counsel, most recently at a major national broadcaster and previously at a large national retailer. He is regarded as a reliable advisor to senior management teams, combining legal know-how with practical business judgment.
