About Rand

Rand practises exclusively in personal injury law, handling motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, life insurance, long-term disability, WSIB, and CPP disability claims. She was called to the bar in 2015 and began practising in the Niagara Region in 2016 at Graves & Richard, a boutique personal injury firm that later became part of LCW. She has represented clients at trial in the Superior Court of Justice and before the License Appeal Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Rand holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University and a Master's degree in Applied Health Science from Brock University, and earned her law degree at the University of Windsor. She serves on the boards of the Branscombe Family Foundation, the St. Catharines Tennis Alliance, and the Lincoln County Law Association, and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
