About Bruce
Bruce practises corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, real estate, and administrative and municipal law, with experience in corporate purchases, financing and leasing, incorporation, amalgamation, and corporate restructuring. Bruce earned an LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987.
