About Maryam
Maryam Sodagar is the founder and principal of Sodagar Nielsen Law Group. She was called to the BC bar in 2006 and the Ontario bar in 2007, and has represented clients in a broad range of complex family and immigration law matters before the BC Provincial Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. Her family law practice focuses on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, and in 2018 she trained and became licensed as a mediator. Her immigration practice focuses on economic and entrepreneur immigration, including provincial nominees, intra-company transferees, and skilled immigration.
