Administrative & Regulatory LawRamna is an associate at Cavalluzzo practising primarily in employment law, class actions, Aboriginal law and Indigenous rights, labour law, and professional regulation for teachers, nurses and midwives. She joined the firm in 2025 after working in the class actions group of a major union-side labour firm in Toronto, where she acted as plaintiff counsel in cases involving alleged Charter violations, institutional abuse and corporate misconduct. Ramna was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 after earning her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and clerked at the Federal Court for Justice Shirzad Ahmed. She has also worked at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, as a legal researcher for the Canadian Women's Foundation, and at Queen's University's Human Rights and Equity Office, where she also completed a B.A. in English Literature. She volunteers as a lawyer with the Muslim Legal Support Centre and is pursuing a certificate in trauma-informed clinical practice.
