Ralph Ikechi Epelle holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire and spent about a decade at Legal Resources Alliance, an international firm with offices in London and Nigeria, advising corporate, individual and government clients on civil and commercial litigation, including cross-border matters. He has advised on debt/equity swaps, corporate restructuring and refinancing, mergers, acquisitions and corporate buyouts across sectors including financial services, telecommunications and hospitality. At Ulasi Law Group he focuses on criminal litigation, family and child welfare matters, immigration, civil litigation and real estate, and he volunteers with the British Heart Foundation, the Wolverhampton Fire Service and the Sickle Cell Foundation.
