About Rajdeep
Rajdeep Basra is the Managing Partner of Basra Law Group, which he founded in 2014. He obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2003 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2004, and was formerly called to the Bar of the Northwest Territories in 2005. For over ten years he was a partner at a litigation firm in Burnaby before founding his own practice. His trial work has included high-profile murder and drug cases, both judge-alone and jury trials, and appeals to the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and he has been retained on matters in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Northwest Territories. He is a current member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and was elected external Vice-President of the UBC Law Students Association from 2002 to 2003.
