Rachel is an associate at Steinecke Maciura LeBlanc, practising across the full range of professional regulation work. Before joining the firm, she built a broad commercial litigation practice at a large full-service Toronto firm, arguing motions and appeals before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, and also advised health care organizations on regulatory matters. She earned her law degree from Queen's University, where she was active in the litigation and health law societies and received the McDougall-Watson Memorial Award as a Queen's Legal Aid caseworker. Rachel completed an Honours BSc in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour at McMaster University, graduating summa cum laude.
