About Rachel

Rachel supports the negotiation and management of the firm's engagement terms with clients and commercial contracts with service providers. She advises the firm's lawyers on professional responsibility and risk management matters. She began her legal career in corporate law, first at another law firm in New York and then in the Securities group at Blakes.
