About Rachael
Rachael Anderson is RJA Law's principal lawyer and founded the firm in 2013. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2012 and has practised exclusively in immigration and refugee law since starting her own practice. She regularly appears before the Federal Court on stay motions to halt removals and on judicial review matters, and she has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta. Rachael has helped hundreds of clients from a range of backgrounds resolve complex immigration issues, including criminality, misrepresentation, and medical inadmissibility. She volunteers her time providing pro bono legal services on a regular basis and has a working knowledge of Mandarin.
