About R.
Battista Frino's litigation practice covers construction and commercial disputes, along with shareholder disputes, estate litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and commercial tenancies, and she has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. She joined Bisceglia & Associates in 2018, having previously served as in-house counsel for a construction corporation and, earlier in her career, practised insurance defence at a leading firm. That varied background gives her insight into how legal issues affect a business, which she applies in guiding clients through complex, multi-faceted matters. Battista is fluent in Italian and holds a BA from York University and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
