About Polina

Polina H. Furtula has over a decade of litigation experience and practises in strata, personal injury, insurance, wills and estates, and commercial litigation. She has appeared before the Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court, and various tribunals, and in her class action practice represents individuals and small business owners in disputes with large insurers, developers, and multi-national corporations. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2006 and in Alberta in 2025, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and PAMA. She volunteers with Access Pro Bono.
