About Polina
Polina Furtula has practised law since 2006, helping clients resolve estate planning issues and executor and beneficiary disputes of all sizes. She focuses on risk management in litigation and has extensive experience resolving claims through negotiation and mediation, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia including the Court of Appeal. She volunteers with Access Pro Bono and the Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club.
