About Phoebe

Phoebe grew up on organic farms in the interior of British Columbia and has also lived on Vancouver Island, in the Nisga'a Nation, Montreal, Japan, and Texas before settling in the Victoria area. Before law, she worked as a neuroscientist studying the mechanisms of chronic pain and later spent six years at Community Living BC working with neurodiverse individuals, their families, and support providers, which shaped her belief in every person having a strong voice in their own story. She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria and now practises family law and child protection matters, having taught psychology of child development at colleges and universities across North America.
