About Philippe

Philippe Duchesneau is a lawyer specializing in civil and commercial litigation who joined the Sherbrooke firm Hackett Campbell Bouchard after completing his articling with a Montreal-area business law firm. During his studies he competed internationally as a member of the Canadian sprint kayaking team, winning medals at world championships, World Cups and the Pan-American Games. Duchesneau has served as captain of Excellence Sportive Sherbrooke's En route vers l'excellence program and has spoken publicly about the role of sport in academic success. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke.
