Philippe Brault joined Lambert Avocats as an articling student in 2024 and now practises mainly civil litigation, with a focus on class actions involving human-rights violations and consumer-protection issues. Before becoming a lawyer he worked as a research assistant with the Canada Research Chair on Human Rights and International Restorative Justice and at the Quebec Institute for Law and Justice Reform, where he wrote on the legal framework for artificial intelligence and professional liability. He was nominated for the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Prize in 2022.
