About Felicia

Felicia Rotaru joined Lambert Avocats in 2023 as an articling student, bringing experience in housing law from her prior work as a community worker at LogisAction NDG. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2024 and now focuses her practice on housing law, defending tenants' rights, while also collaborating with the firm's litigation team on civil-liability and class-action files.
