Peter Voltsinski is an associate in the Municipal, Planning and Environmental Group at Cassels, focusing on land use planning, development approvals, and expropriations law. He advises developers, landowners, municipalities, public entities, and retail and restaurant franchises on Ontario land development and expropriation processes, and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and Committees of Adjustment. He graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law with distinction and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Planning from the University of Waterloo with highest academic standing.
