About Peter

Peter Neufeld is a partner at Wagner Sidlofsky who joined the firm in 2018 and practises mainly in its estates and elder law groups. He handles disputes over the validity of wills and powers of attorney, removal of executors, passing of accounts, interpretation of wills, guardianship applications, and dependant support claims, appearing before the Superior Court of Ontario, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015, held a fellowship at Stanford Law School's CodeX Center for Legal Informatics while in law school, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Peter has co-authored several articles and papers on estate dispute mediation and other estates topics, including pieces published in The Lawyer's Daily. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
