About Peter

Peter DeMeo co-founded Mullin DeMeo Wirk with John Mullin in 1992 after articling with a large national firm in Vancouver and practising at a local Victoria firm. He's worked extensively with the Law Society of British Columbia, BC Online, and the Land Title and Survey Authority on real estate law and conveyancing pilot programs, and was the first lawyer in the province to use a digital signature provided by the Law Society. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 and a Master of Arts in sociology in 1985, both from the University of Victoria, followed by an LLB from UVic in 1990, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1991. His practice spans everything from simple residential purchases to complex multi-party commercial deals.
