About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Broadbent was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994 after graduating from Queen's University's law school, and he has lived and practised in Sault Ste. Marie since that year. His litigation practice focuses on personal injury, long-term disability, and employment matters, and he has argued cases at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal in Ryan v. Sault Ste. Marie and Christensen v. Family Counselling Centre. He has also taught upper-year law courses as an adjunct professor at Algoma University. He comes from a family with a history of labour and social justice advocacy and remains an active volunteer in the Sault Ste. Marie community.
