About Peter

Peter A. Mahoney is a member of Sullivan Mahoney's Civil Litigation Law Group, practising civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, contractual, and insurance disputes. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario as well as before various administrative tribunals, and his practice areas also include construction law and estates, wills and trusts. He earned a B.A. from St. Francis Xavier University in 1981 and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1984, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1986. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Lincoln County Law Association.
