About Peace
Peace Ovbiagele is an associate at Miller Maki LLP who practises primarily in refugee and immigration law and family law, and sits on the Legal Aid Ontario roster for both areas. Born in Nigeria, she earned her LL.B. from Ambrose Alli University in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. She later earned a Master's degree with Merit in International Human Resource Management from Coventry University in England in 2015 and completed the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University in 2022. After receiving a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation, she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Federation of Women Lawyers, and the Canadian Association of Nigerian Lawyers.
