About Paula

Paula Kay joined Calgary Employment Lawyers in 1999 and focuses her practice on representing executives, management professionals, and senior employees in employment disputes, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, and disability insurance claims. She has appeared before all levels of the Alberta courts, including the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, and the Court of Appeal, as well as various administrative tribunals. Before joining the firm, she articled with Calgary Legal Guidance, a legal aid clinic.
