About Paul
Paul Przybylo is a partner at Walker Head Lawyers and heads the firm's Real Estate Department. His work spans residential and commercial real estate as well as municipal law, and he acts for buyers, sellers, large landowners, and national institutional lenders. He also practises business law, handling franchise matters, leasing, share and asset transactions, incorporations, reorganizations, and other corporate work. Paul earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University in 2004, and he was called to the New York State Bar in 2005 and the Ontario Bar in 2006. A lifelong Durham Region resident, he sits on the Board of Directors of Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences and previously chaired the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade.
