About Paul

Paul Marcotte is a business lawyer with more than 40 years of experience, having taken part in a wide range of national and international transactions since entering the profession. Marcotte practised mainly in private practice, as a partner at Fasken Martineau and at Desjardins Ducharme, before joining Delegatus in 2011. At Delegatus, Marcotte has served as in-house counsel to clients including Gestion Univalor, Construction Kiewit and WSP Canada. Marcotte's representative work includes tenders for the Agence métropolitaine de transport, acquisitions in the long-term care sector for Groupe Santé Sedna, and financing matters for the Fonds Capital Culture Québec. Marcotte has been recognized since 2008 in the life sciences sector by The Best Lawyers in Canada and is listed in the Lexpert directory as a repeatedly recommended lawyer in biotechnology.
