About Paul

Paul Jakubiak has practised law in the Ottawa area for 15 years and has represented hundreds of clients since 2004 in family, divorce, civil, employment, and wills and estates matters. He has been counsel of record on numerous court hearings before the Superior Court of Ontario in Ottawa, L'Orignal, Pembroke, Cornwall, and other jurisdictions. He holds degrees from the University of Ottawa and Queen's Law, and offers services in Polish as well. His family law practice covers divorce, separation, custody and access, parenting plans, child and spousal support, and property division and equalization, and he has helped mothers, fathers, and grandparents obtain access to children and grandchildren and negotiate property settlements.
