About Paul
Paul Gracia is a Calgary criminal defence lawyer and Barrister and Solicitor who has been an active member of the Law Society of Alberta since 2006. He holds a B.Ed. and M.Ed. in addition to his J.D., and is a member of the Calgary Criminal Defence Lawyers Association. He has represented clients in Alberta on charges ranging from theft and drug offences to assault, and reports that about 95 percent of his clients' charges are withdrawn, stayed, or dismissed. He previously worked as a prosecutor before moving into criminal defence.
