About Paul

Paul Gouin is an experienced trial lawyer at Gouin & Associés, a Montreal boutique firm focused on construction and real estate law since 1988. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 1987 and holds an LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke (1986). He represents specialized and general contractors, real estate developers, and private lenders in disputes arising in the construction industry, and has acted as legal counsel to several contractor associations. He is active as a speaker and trainer in the field.
