About Shlomo

Shlomo Levy, also known professionally as Shlomi Steve Levy, is a partner at Levy Salis LLP, which he co-founded after previously co-founding another cross-border tax and estate planning practice. He is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Law Society of Ontario, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Canadian Bar Association. His practice covers US and Canadian tax and estate planning for individuals and corporations, US real estate transactions for Canadians, domestic and international trusts, international taxation, corporate law and cryptocurrency transactions. He has spoken at conferences across North America on cross-border tax and estate planning and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, the Globe and Mail and the National Post, among other outlets. Levy earned his LL.B. from the University of Montreal in 2002, a J.D. from the same university in 2014, and a B.A. in History from McGill University in 1998.
