About Andrew
Andrew Barbacki has practised criminal law in Montreal for more than 30 years, including as a former Crown Prosecutor, and has handled hundreds of criminal trials, more than 40 of them by judge and jury. He holds a B.Sc. and a B.L. from McGill University and once coordinated the Criminal Law Review for Canada's Solicitor General. His practice covers jury trials, drug offences, impaired driving, domestic violence, sexual offences, theft and fraud, assault, extradition, white-collar crime, automobile offences, and appellate matters, with clients across Quebec and Ontario. He is bilingual and offers 24/7 availability for emergencies.
