About Paul

Paul André Martel practises in the firm's banking law and commercial and transactional law groups. Martel represents several financial institutions in bankruptcy and insolvency matters and advises them on the financing and refinancing of assets and real estate projects. Martel has drafted numerous significant commercial agreements over the course of a career handling major transactions. Martel has developed a wide network of contacts among financial institutions that clients can draw on. Martel was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1986.
