Patrick Chen is an associate in the Business Law Group of the firm's Waterloo Region office, practising primarily in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate commercial matters. He has advised a range of public and private companies on domestic and international transactions. He completed his law degree at the University of Toronto and holds a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
